I believe that by doing so we will see less people get to a crisis point. Licensed by Mental Health First Aid England, I provide MHFA Accredited training together with tailor made training and consultancy. For those individuals who want to look after their own mental health and maintain their wellbeing, I provide both the training and the toolkits to enable them to have meaningful conversations around mental health and wellbeing.
