A full day pottery experience in our studio in Golborne, nr Warrington, Cheshire. This pottery workshop is suitable for complete beginners. Phoenix Pottery and Art Studio offers adult and family pottery classes and art and crafts. Close to Warrington, Wigan and Surrounding Northwest area. Easy access from the motorway network . Various dates are not available for your full day Pottery Experience. Fill instruction and demonstration throughout the day will enable you to try a variety of handbuilding skills and chance to have a go on a pottery wheel. Bring a packed lunch and join us for a day of clay play fun. Refreshments are provided. Cost includes all materials plus kiln firing and glazing of your finished small project pieces.

Using imprinted details into the clay you will create your own serving board, perfect for charcuterie, cheese or your favourite nibbles. Along side a matching tapas bowl to add extra treats! This will be a lovely relaxed workshop, perfectly suited for beginner potters. Your tutor will guide you through step by step to create your beautiful pieces. There will be a choice of imprinting tools and materials to personalise your piece. Finally you will have a choice of four glaze colours the tutor will complete your work after the bisque firing. Pieces will be ready to collect 3/4 weeks after the workshop.

Come and create your own little family of ghosts! You can make your family as cute or as super Halloween scary as you would like! This fun little workshop is great for beginners, mini potters or experienced potters who can’t live without these guys in their collection. Using simple pinch pot techniques you’ll form your gang, adding any personalised additions and also applying some underglaze colour. All the ghost will then hang out at the studio to dry out … hopefully not scaring us! … wait for their bisque firing, have a little clear, shiny glaze applied and out of the final firing in time for Halloween! 👻
