Course Content Overview of the following regulations: • The Construction Design & Management Regulations 2015 (CDM) • Health & Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 • Work at Height Regulations 2005. • Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 • Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations 2002 (CoSHH) • Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 (PUWER) • Personal Protective Equipment at Work Regulations 1992 (PPE) Practical training in: • Abrasive Wheels • CoSHH • Working at Height (awareness) • Manual Handling (awareness). Prerequisites None - The course is intended either as an introduction or as a refresher. Assessment At the end of this course, all delegates will have a clear understanding of the requirements of Health and Safety Legislation and their responsibilities to comply with them.
