She went to university and graduated in 2017 with a degree in Special Educational Needs and Inclusion. Charlotte worked for a children and young adults respite service where she progressed from Support Worker to Care Manager. It was here she gained opportunities to provide in-house training in various areas including moving and handling, PEG feeding and more. This is where she gained her passion for delivering training after sitting in many training sessions and completing various e-learning courses and finding many missing the mark.
