You can start your baby’s swimming journey as soon as you feel ready to visit a warm swimming pool. We have had babies taking their first swim at only four weeks old. The sooner you start swimming lessons for your baby the better their understanding and confidence in the water will be. Your baby’s first experience in a structured swimming lesson is a wonderful and gentle introduction to water sensory techniques. We will teach you how to be comfortable and confident holding, moving, floating and playing with your baby in the pool.

Stephen is one the most respected jewellery & silver polishers and is currently is teaching polishing across Europe and is known affectionately as “The Gold polishing Guru”. He has polished and restored many famous silverware pieces including the Americas Cup; Cricket World cup, Wimbledon Cup, Dubai Gold Cup, Premier League Cup. He has also been privileged to work in the jewel house at the Tower of London restoring The Grand Punch bowl made in 1830 and used by the Royal family on many occasions. Also known for polishing the largest pure gold coins made by the Royal Mint the largest being the James Bond 7kg pure gold coin. He is a fellow of the Institute of Professional Goldsmiths (IPG) and their official ambassador and a Master of The Dutch Guild of Goldsmiths. Discover the golden art of Kintsugi. The perfect answer to fixing or upcycling sentimental pottery. Whether it's your favourite cup or your Nan's best vase, during this uplifting pottery workshop, we'll take you on a step-by-step journey to fix or upcycle pottery using gold metallic lacquer that is visible and beautiful. Loosely translated, Kintsugi means 'golden joinery' that highlights your object's events rather than disguises them. It can also be seen as a variant of "Waste not, want not".  All materials and tools are provided to fix one piece of ceramics per person across 1.5 hours. You can bring your own broken pottery or we have some pottery ready for you to upcycle and take home. You don’t need any experience, as your guide will be on hand with plenty of one-to-one support, letting you switch off from the world to focus entirely on yourself and follow your mind, body and spirit during the session. At the end of this Kintsugi class in London, you'll have a beautiful piece of pottery, along with a new skill to continue developing in your own time! Good to know: All workshops take place at AC Studios, CC1 Studio 2, Trinity Buoy Wharf, E14 OJW Group workshop of up to 10 people All materials and tools are provided to fix one piece of ceramics per person across 1.5 hours that you can take home there and then. We understand how much confusion there is around Driver CPC and we are here to help and assist with the process. If you are a lorry driver of either Category C1 or C and passed the driving test after 10th September 2009 you will need to complete Initial Driver CPC to be able to drive commercially (for hire or reward). There are two elements involved in Initial Driver CPC to be completed sequentially: Module 2 – Case Study Module 4 – Show & Tell Demonstration Module 2 is known as the “Case Study” and is a computer based test which you take at a Pearson Vue test centre. Module 4 is also known as the “Show & Tell Demonstration”. Lloyds School of Motoring conducts training for this and will book your test at the DVA test centre in Belfast.
