We at Lock Forward Training are very pleased to offer a bespoke accredited training programme for the fitting of vehicle security locks. Our training programme has been designed by lock fitters from Titan Vehicle Locks Ltd themselves to provide full training to encompass the whole process to successfully complete the fitting of security locks to vehicles using the knowledge built up from years of completing lock and accessory fittings. Comprehensive Training Unlike other training available we do not limit the products to one manufacturer but instead provide training on a large range of products from a number of different manufacturers. The training programme will cover all aspects from choosing the correct lock type for the vehicle/owner requirements all the way to the actual fitting of security locks both in theory and in practice without having to use your own vehicle as the test subject. By designing the programme from start to finish using our experiences we can ensure you leave not just knowing how to fit security locks and accessories but how to overcome difficulties, what equipment is needed, removal and repair of existing lock as well as maintaining locks for ongoing use. This training is intense and you will be learning, practicing, fitting locks right from the start and throughout the four days. Feedback from our past trainees is that a lot is learnt and the four days are fully utilised. Trinity Academy St Edward's opened in September 2021. New secondary school in Barnsley. Barnsley high school. At TASE students experience an ambitious, challenging, knowledge-rich curriculum. Masters of Recall runs parallel to our curriculum and supports students to recall core knowledge so that they know more, do more and remember more. Students are given a knowledge organiser at the start of each term. Their home learning is to learn the weekly knowledge using ‘look, cover, write, check, correct’. This knowledge links directly to what students are studying in lessons. At the end of each term they complete a ‘Masters of Recall Big Quiz’. The aim is to be able to recall 100% of the core knowledge in each subject and earn their 100% subject sticker; this happens on multiple occasions, and we are extremely proud of our students. Our ‘Celebration of Knowledge’ assembly praises and rewards achievements each term. Staff and students love these assemblies and are proud to celebrate as a community with certificates, 100% subject stickers and badges. Students love the challenge and are working hard to achieve their MoR badges. Bronze badge = 10 x 100% stickers, silver badge = 25 x 100% stickers and gold badge = 40 x 100% stickers. Masters of Recall is incredibly successful. We already have celebrated students who have achieved 100% in all subjects and over 30 bronze badges have been awarded. Our students are passionate about learning new knowledge and applying this knowledge to new contexts. This is what academic excellence means at TASE.

By reducing stress and fear, I make giving talks enjoyable. I teach confident communication.   I work with many different companies (Microsoft, Foster+ Partners, Redgate, Raspberry Pi, Creative Assembly) and I think they enjoy my training so much because:  1. I’m an introvert. 2. I make it fun.  Training/learning/development can be a chore; I believe it shouldn’t ever be that way. My background: I was a low-scorer academically. I studied art and design, then graphic design, got a job as a video game level designer, fell in love with performing stand-up comedy, became a full-time stand-up, didn’t become a star so gave it up, went back to games and started a family. While working at Sony Cambridge I saw a really bad presentation and realised that all the writing and performance skills I’d learnt as a stand-up needed to put to good use: transforming everyone into confident speakers. Too many people have suffered watching boring speakers, delivering dreadful material. I decided things needed to change.  I set up my own coaching business, and after much hard work I have flourished, having found my place in the world. I relate to tech people – who are typically introverted – because I have had a similar experience. I connect because I have a ton of stand-up skills and… well, I like people. I really enjoy immediately getting them past the first simple barrier: their perception of their own communication skill level. It’s simple to get past that and then build on that foundation.
