Token Studio is created in 2012, Fulham, London. We have been successfully running Art, Craft and Music workshops and have been hosting thousands of exciting events like birthday parties, hen party and corporate events. In 2019, the studio has fully upgraded to a brand new location in Tower Bridge, a fantastic creative space.    The studio is created by Jing, MA Graduated from Chelsea College of Art and Design, an associate designer with Zaha Hadid architect, by doing art, design and education her whole life, she brought all the aspects from arts, craft and music, all workshop experience is original as well as using all-natural ingredients and recyclable materials, this makes us one of the kind, best event creator in the country.   Token studio's philosophy is not just limited at the crafts is about creating a style of living, more creative, less waste, more sustainably by lots of fun way of creating everyday products, most importantly we promise that we made the experience full of joy and inspiration.

My work is driven by the urge to experiment and sample yarns. I respond to the environments I find myself in, urban or rural. Trees are a constant inspiration, as are buildings. I have recently been making work concerned with vision and the loss of sight. I favour plant fibres: cotton, hemp, linen, jute and bamboo but also include wool and silk. I have been weaving on small frames since I was a child. Following an art and design Foundation Course, I gained a BA (Hons) in African and Asian Art and Archaeology at SOAS, London University. I have worked as an arts administrator and assistant for artists and arts organisations, gaining a certificate in Arts Management and Levels 1 & 2 OCA Textiles. Having specialised in Tapestry Weaving, I completed the post-graduate diploma at West Dean College in 1997. I exhibit in the UK and internationally. Conversely, I am also working on and researching a medieval-inspired community embroidered tapestry to commemorate the Battle of Lewes (1264). I teach tapestry weaving and crewel embroidery techniques.

hanaikebito : London based Ikebana class I started Ikebana when I was in my 20's. I was working in a flower shop in Tokyo, and was eager to be an expert on my field.  The world of Ikebana may appear to be simple but in fact it's a very deep practice. Therefore, I still learn Ikebana and want you to have the same experience as I do  

3rd rail print space

3rd Rail Print Space is a open access screen printing facility combining paper, t-shirt and fabric printing located in South Berdmonsey.  The aim of the space was to build a comprehensive print hub and modern learning environment to make screen printing accessible to a new audience whilst providing a wealth of equipment for those already working in the medium. We offer standard pay monthly memberships and for anyone looking for a more involved experience there’s the opportunity to take advantage of one of the 4 private studio spaces. Members have access to a commercial quality 6 colour garment carousel, a 3m tunnel dryer, three fabric tables, 1 paper printing table, a exposing unit, film printer for positives, washout and drying cabinet, bullet steamer which allows up to 10 metres of fabric, a huge 80cm x 100cm heat press, and an atmospheric steamer which allows unto 30 metres of fabric.

The Savile Row Bespoke Academy (SRBA) is one of the leading tailoring schools in the world. Its objective is to protect, enhance and develop the value of bespoke tailoring by training aspiring tailors to the highest attainable standards. The Academy, which is located on the famous Savile Row, opened its doors to students on 8th January 2008. It provides a unique opportunity for persons wanting to acquire the high level knowledge, skills and experience needed for employment in established tailoring houses around the world or to establish their own businesses. The SRBA course is a flexible modular programme and comprises four advanced study modules in pattern cutting, fitting and remarking; waistcoat making; trouser making; and coat/jacket making. Upon completion of this training, graduates will have the skills needed to secure gainful employment in the tailoring sector, including on Savile Row. Students who complete all four modules are awarded a Bespoke Tailor's Certificate from the Savile Row Bespoke Academy.
