I hold regular workshops in the Helensburgh area, work with local charities around the district and in Inverclyde. I am also available to run workshops at your event and can be hired for private workshops for your group.

My name is Leslie Marsh Here you will find courses on Shamanism and Spirituality, there will also be some mindfulness and some courses on meditation describing the state and how to get into it. Some of these courses will be about crafting implements you may use in your Spiritual Practice and others include getting started with a personal Spiritual Practice and more. My qualifications include Master Practitioner of NLP, Erickson Hypnosis & Storytelling, Reiki (inc Animal Reiki) and other Therapies From childhood, animals were my allies. It took a while to understand and know the significance of this as it was all so natural to me and when my apprenticeship began in earnest, it felt like coming home. Since then I have worked and trained with Shamans from Peru, Nepal, Canada & North America. Learning and understanding the common thread that runs between modern and ancient modalities, I have distilled teachings into a form that I hope will allow you as a Seeker of knowledge, to embrace and practice to enhance your life and take you forward on your Journey Be Well, Be Blessed, Be Loved, Be You

I’m Caitlin. Modern Calligraphy artist, stationery designer and general admirer of all things beautiful lettering. Brahmin Lettering Co. is just me – a self-taught girl who loves beautiful paper, an American managing to resist the lure of deep fried Mars bars in my adopted home of Scotland. Growing up in the shadow of my mother's elegant handwriting – her shopping lists alone would put most professional calligraphers to shame – beautiful lettering was in my blood. After a taking a refresher course with a friend in the lead up to her wedding, I officially caught the modern calligraphy bug. And so Brahmin Lettering Co. was born out of my tiny apartment in Boston, Massachusetts in 2013, named to pay homage to its discretely elegant Boston Brahmins. It has since grown with me through a sometimes gruelling former career in design and advertising, travelling across the ocean to Scotland and after years of 60 hour weeks juggling it all, is now my full-time career love baby. Out of my home studio just outside Glasgow, Scotland, I work as a full-time calligraphy artist. I create luxury wedding stationery, paint wedding backdrops and take on artwork commissions of all shapes and sizes. I also love to help others learn the art, running modern calligraphy and brush lettering classes online and in-person throughout Scotland, England the wider United Kingdom. When I’m not working, I’m playing full time mama to two of the loudest little boys you could imagine, scheming up my next adventure abroad or trying to learn a new craft.

SCOTTISH ARTISTS UNION DELIVERS A PROGRAMME OF WORKSHOPS, COURSES AND EVENTS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR. Our Learning Programme creates opportunities for all visual artists, craft makers and art workers in Scotland to undertake training to improve their sector skills, address the barriers to freelance work, and participate fully as workers within the sector. All of our bespoke workshops and courses are free and created in direct response to our members’ needs; delivering specialist events on a variety of topics across Scotland and across disciplines. The union considers work-based learning as a crucial and critical intervention into the structure of freelance work; acknowledging its material conditions in order to organise around issues.
