Hi, my name is Stefanie, I am the owner and founder of Art & Craft at Stefanie's and ArtLand ( The club)   This is an Art club for kids ages 5 to 12. I host weekly in-person and online classes for children ages 5 to 12.   We explore different art techniques and media, through engaging art projects in the form of LIVE classes, Step by step Videos, mini-courses, etc where the kids can freely explore, mix and match all different art media, discovering new ways, and even inventing some of their own. Creating work that is unique to them, without fearing they are doing wrong because they do it differently.   The constant in my classes: every “mistake” or splotch can be transformed into something beautiful, useful, different. Each art project is based on a different topic: ART HISTORY, ARTIST, ANIMALS, WORLD'S LANDMARK, etc. and is designed so the kids learn a bit about the topic before working on their masterpiece. The use, mix, and match of different media and techniques allow the kids to become as familiar and skillful as possible with all the art materials, feel confident enough to use them as their voice. It also encourages them to see their uniqueness as individuals through the uniqueness of their work and celebrate it.

I am able to run a variety of arty workshops, these can be at large events or at private parties. Workshops can be tailored for either kids, or adults, or for all ages and abilities. They can be set around a specific theme or to raise awareness of an issue, or can be simply for the enjoyment of making art.

Our Art Gallery, Photography Studio & Gift Shop offers a unique and exciting space, for emerging, as well as established artists & photographers. A friendly & engaging space where artists can showcase their works & interact with other creatives in the community. The gallery space is also available for Events, such as performance evenings, book launch, poetry readings, corporate events, workshops

Our workshops have served as intense social learning sessions and therapeutic retreats to adults, and our children’s workshops have helped children express themselves and make large strides in their artistic endeavours. As reflected in our principles, all our sessions are inclusive of people with special education needs (SEN) and learning difficulties. We have helped children with SEN develop their confidence and become more involved in art. Our approach to teaching and learning is focused on using art to build a creative local community founded on principles of inclusivity. We provide a platform to showcase the work of our creatives via our Group Exhibitions - we also host and take part in national events such as The Big Draw and Lumiere London - the UK’s biggest light festival - and in local events like the Fabula Festival. We run pop-ups, co-operate with businesses alongside our workshops, and collaborate with non-profit organisations in addition to organising after school clubs with local schools.
