Welcome! Do you love to draw and paint? I do. I have been doing it for many years and still love it. I enjoy sharing my skills with children. I love to see how kids, starting with blank paper and a paint brush, make their own unique way into the magical world of art. Art gives children the freedom to express themselves, to communicate with others in ways beyond words; it encourages their critical thinking and ability to find solutions “outside the box”. And it is simply wonderful to watch them become independent creative thinkers and inventors. Anna Drezova graduated from Staffordshire University with first class BA (Hons) in Surface Pattern Design in 2009 and since then had a successful career as freelance artist and designer.

The Silver Zebra studio was established in 2004 and is situated in the beautiful county of Cheshire adjacent to the families farmhouse. Glass workshops are facilitated here for both beginners and intermediates but it is also a full time working studio working on glass sculpture and architectural panels.  Our classes are priced to include everything you need for your time here and also include refreshments and our famous homemade farmhouse lunches too! relax - create - recharge & have fun   Tuition is fun and relaxed with Deborah who has over 30yrs of inherited experience in glass, she will guide you through your time here, work with templates or feel free to explore your own ideas Location - Free Parking & only 10 minutes from the M6 We do hope to see you here soon :)

My main craft is Felting as well as many other disciplines I work from home in my workshop and also do art in the community projects as well as going into schools. Hi, I'm Stephie (not Fred), An embroidery artist and creative based in Manchester. I'm inspired by the natural and the man(chester) made, and passionate about encouraging others to explore and express their creativity. I LOVE running workshops and sharing the joy of stitching and creating with others. I want people to leave a Hoop & Fred workshop feeling better than when they walked in and empowered to create. Maybe they’ll fall head over heels with embroidery as I did, or perhaps they will simply feel better for having spent a couple of hours trying their hand at something arty and leave feeling confident enough to try other new things.  All my workshops are suitable for beginners. I  ensure everyone gets the time they need to ask questions, and they leave with all the materials and knowledge required to finish their project at home.
