Our comprehensive 2-day professional course guides you carefully through everything you need to know to carry out an aromatherapy treatment for your clients. You will learn about the properties of essential oils, blending essential oils to suit your clients needs, also carrier oils and their own properties.

I offer private sound healing and sound therapy sessions on either a 1:1 or 2:1 (couples/friends) basis. I come to you and provide this service within the comfort of your own home. These sessions can be completely tailored toward your individual needs. A 1-day course open to anyone wishing to explore the use of therapeutic touch to enhance wellbeing and improve engagement with a person living with dementia on their terms and with dignity. We’ll cover specialist massage techniques on easily accessible areas of the body i.e. the arms, hands and face with a view to meeting needs and facilitating expressing emotions in a dementia friendly way. We’ll explore the intricacies of consent, how the law impacts us and the benefits of massage so you can sell your service well all through a trauma informed lens. I occasionally organise one-off events such as outdoor sound journeys & gong baths in magical woodland locations, peaceful parks or on beautiful beaches. Sometimes under the stars with a fire. Guests are invited to bring comfy bedding and everything they need to spend a whole night sleeping to the subtle healing frequencies of gongs and other powerful healing instruments that continue throughout the whole night. These events will begin with a welcome ceremony, followed by a beautiful meditation session. After this, we all lay down, get comfortable, relax and slowly fall into a beautiful deep sleep.
