The University Foundation Programme (UFP) is a one-year intensive course that prepares both British and international students to attend top UK universities.

If you have the desire to memorise anything incredibly quickly, and retain it for as long as you need, this course is for you! In a fun, dynamic way, where we purposefully combine different teaching approaches to get you to a level of mastery in the shortest possible time, we will teach you the ins and outs of memory. You will be amazed by how powerful your own brain can be!

Values-Based Leadership™ is a new blended learning program by TCM for leaders that develops leadership awareness, knowledge and competency in creating engagement for sustained high performance.

In Level 1 the emphasis is on self healing. You will receive four attunements to help you remember that you are, and always have been Reiki. You will be taught the five principles to assist you in keeping mindfulness and setting the intention. You will be given the first symbol, Cho Ku Rei.

This coaching programme is for aspiring women leaders in higher education, delivered in real time, fully online. Five workshops have been designed to support you in a group environment to work actively towards realising your professional goals, whatever they may look like, focused on leadership at all levels in higher education. HE needs leaders like you - workshops with Coach Academic will help to propel you to becoming one. For all academics who are female/identify as female. During this coaching experience you will explore and learn from: - your values and beliefs, and how they impact on your professional identity and actions - your beliefs about higher education, leadership, and yourself - your strengths and how to harness them for impact - your areas for development, and embracing the actions you choose to address these - your internal and external blockers, and how to manage these - your motivation - why do you want to lead in HE? This is a highly interactive programme designed by the communication experts at TCM. The course helps learners to develop essential skills for everyday management. On this programme, delegates learn how to navigate the complex maze of having difficult conversations, managing performance, and giving bad news. Offering a proactive and hands on approach to teaching, the TCM trainers equip delegates with the confidence to have those crucial conversations, to prevent disputes before they escalate out of control and, to be assertive in addressing performance issues to achieve engagement and sustainable outcomes.
