A half day course celebrating the sumptuous and exotic flavours of The Middle East. We make the menu together, eat some for lunch and take home any remaining morsels.
On this 1/2 day course we will be making:
Spinach & Sumac Pastries
Chicken, Squash & Almond Tagine
Middle Eastern Carrot Salad
Jewelled Rice
Baklava
Skills covered include: Casseroling, roasting & toasting. Bread making, using filo pastry, using herbs & spices, making a paste & syrup
Course times: 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
This course can adapted for vegetarians & dairy free diets. Includes all ingredients, refreshments, light lunch & recipe sheets. All you have to bring are containers to take home what you've made.Choose a date to suit, for up to 4 people per course.
