If you've been trying to make your own bread, are having disasters or you haven't taken the plunge because you find yeast scary, this course will set you up for success.
A half day course dedicated to making great bread. Not only for beginners, but also suitable for anyone who's having disasters and wants to discover why or for confident bread makers who want to learn more complicated bakes
Jenny will take you through the principles of bread making, explaining the ingredients, methods and techniques for great results. Helping you produce top quality beautiful bread that will have you bursting with pride and satisfaction!
Choose 1 bread you would like to make from the choice below:
White bloomer, Whole meal Loaf, Granary Loaf,
and 1 other bread from the choice below:
Cheese Bread, Olive Bread, Focaccia, Brioche, Fruit Bread, Twister Bread.
and
One non yeasted option
Scones, Soda bread, French Apple Tart, Eccles Cakes, Oatcakes, Portuguese Custard Tarts.
Course times 10am to 2pm. Price includes all ingredients, refreshments, light lunch & recipe sheets. All you have to bring are containers to take home what you've made.Choose a date to suit, for up to 4 people per class. Contact us for availability & booking.
