• Can I access the venue if I do not drive?

  There is a local train station in Blackridge that is on the Edinburgh to Glasgow route.  We can then give you a taxi number to bring you to the centre that cost no more than £5.00 each way.

  
  

• Will I receive a Certificate?

  Yes, you will be emailed a certificate after completing the training.

• Who do I contact for general questions?

• Is the venue accessible for a wheelchair

  Yes, there is also a wheelchair accessible lift to ensure you can still enjoy one of the Leadership Lounge spaces.

• Who is the event organiser?

  Pamela Stein at The Leadership Wizard is the event owner.

  Pamela started the Leadership Wizard 3 years ago and is part of TW Associates.

  The Leadership Wizard is specific for those working in Early Learning and Child Care.

  The Leadership Wizard is also a partner with Famly providing helpful hints and tips videos on their platform.

  The Leadership Wizard works closely with nurseries and individuals to improve and enhance leadership skills.

  
  

• Is there a private space to access if I need to attend an urgent call or meeting?

  Yes there will be a specific private space for such emergency's as we know how important it may be to take  a call.

• Is there an electric charging point for cars?

  There is an electric charging point available directly outside the venue.

• If I cancel do I receive a refund?

  If you cancel  more than 4 weeks from the start date you will receive a full refund.

  If you cancel 4 weeks before the event you will receive 50% refund.

  No refund will be given for any cancellations three weeks prior to the event.

  
  

• What should I wear?

  We would like you to wear anything you feel comfortable in.

  No shoes are permitted in the centre. Please bring along slipper socks with grips or slippers.

  
  

• Will this event be indoors or outdoors?

  This event will be indoors and  a small part outdoors.

  Appropriate footwear  and clothing should be worn and  we are not allowed indoor shoes at the venue, so you can bring along your slippers or socks with grips.
