About Cleethorpes & District Swimming Club (CADS)
History of CADS Cleethorpes and District Swimming Club is the longest running club within the Grimsby and Cleethorpes area. It was founded in 1976 and has always run out of John Whitgift School Pool. Over the many years Cleethorpes and District Swimming Club have had many great swimmers, including many national medallists. The aim of the club is to continue to help all swimmers achieve their ultimate potential, regardless if that is to be able to compete at national level or for other reasons such as improved fitness or pleasure. Values and aims CADS is a friendly and supportive club with the aim to provide a positive swimming experience for everyone, at all levels within the sport. The club aims to provide the right training from the learn to swim stage all the way through to National level swimmers. It has a highly-qualified coaching and teaching team, with experience in developing swimmers at all levels We aim to help everyone reach their full potential whatever their starting point.
