The 31 Day Calm & Care Collection - Yoga and Wellbeing practices for you to return to again and again.
This is your space to move, breathe, and take care of yourself. However busy life gets, you’ve got a home here. A sacred online space to transform your wellbeing and create a more loving relationship with yourself through yoga, meditation, breathwork and mindfulness. Feel calmer, healthier and more focused, anytime, anywhere as you reduce stress and bring balance back to your mind, body and soul.
Classes are created and led by me, from my home, its a welcoming, inclusive space where movement meets mindfulness. Its not a glossy yoga studio, and it has a real home to home feel to it and you’ll often see my cat and dog appearing the classes. It’s a path to feeling empowered, good in your body, calm in your mind and creating the life you actually want.
