Charlie Leigh Yoga

Hello, I am Charlie. Lover of the moon, flowers, music, cats, cacao and crystals. My smiling face below looks like I am happy all the time, but I assure you this is not the case. We have all been through some sort of trauma in our lives, such is life. The ebbs & flows are all part of it. Pranayama, yoga and sound healing are the practices that have helped me become who I am today and continue to help me on a daily basis. I am very passionate about sharing the practices I have learnt with my local community to bring more peace and healing into peoples lives.
