Description

EV infrastructure doesn’t build itself, and no single organisation can do it alone.

From DNOs and charge point operators to planners, funders and fleet owners, the ecosystem is broad and complex. Understanding who does what (and when) is key to delivering successful projects.

This interactive, in-person workshop maps out the stakeholder landscape, explains roles and responsibilities, and shows you how and when to engage for maximum impact.

Whether you're planning infrastructure or influencing it, this session will help you work smarter, not harder.

Why attend?
  • Decode the ecosystem – Understand the key players and how they fit together

  • Learn where you fit in – Understand the role your organisation plays within the ecosystem

  • Know when to act – Learn the best methods and moments for engaging each stakeholder group

  • Reduce friction – Anticipate common bottlenecks and avoid missteps

So, whether you are shaping policy, evaluating possible locations or installing chargepoints, this session will help you prepare and engage as effectively as possible.

Practicalities

Location: This workshop can be conducted either at your premises or at an off-site location. It is expected that the client will arrange the venue, along with food and refreshments for learners though out the day. However, this can be arranged on your behalf on request.

Attendees: These workshops are designed to run best with between 15 - 30 learners at a time.

Cost: We typically run 2-3 workshops in a day, either covering a range of topics or to enable larger cohorts to spilt across the day. We charge £9,000 (ex. VAT) per day, plus travel costs, which will be agreed in advance. Where materials require adapting or changing for the audience, additional costs may be incurred.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Where is the course run?

Typically we will run the course on your own premises. However, if you do not have suitable facilities then we can arrange an alternative location. The cost of the facilities are then added to the price of the course

  • Are refreshments and/or lunch provided?

If the course is held at your businesses premises then we require the host organisation to arrange suitable refreshments throughout the day and to make arrangements for lunch. However, if the course is hosted off-site, we can arrange refreshments and lunch and we would add this to the course price.

  • What languages can the course be delivered in?

We currently only deliver courses in English. However, if there is a specific language you would like the course delivered in then please contact us so that we can discuss and decide if suitable language skills are available in the team.

  • How flexible is the content of the course?

If your business has specific content you would like to cover which is not in the current course description then contact us and we can discuss how to include this in the course. Bespoke training material however does typically incur a higher course cost.
