Description

If you want buy-in, you need a business case that holds up under scrutiny.

EV infrastructure investments need to be justified to stakeholders, funders, boards and partners. That means showing value - not just in carbon terms, but operationally and financially.

This workshop helps you build a compelling, evidence-based business case for EVI deployment. We’ll cover structure, key metrics, risk and uncertainty, and how to make your case resonate with decision-makers.

Why attend?
  • Build confidence – Structure a business case that’s clear, robust and persuasive

  • Speak the right language – Tailor your case for different audiences

  • Use the right evidence – Identify useful data sources and metrics

  • Win support – Improve your chances of securing funding or approvals

Whether you are selling or buying EVI, building a strong business case can be what makes the difference to your project. This session will walk you through the process and provide you with the key tools you need along the way.

Practicalities

Location: This workshop can be conducted either at your premises or at an off-site location. It is expected that the client will arrange the venue, along with food and refreshments for learners though out the day. However, this can be arranged on your behalf on request.

Attendees: These workshops are designed to run best with between 15 - 30 learners at a time.

Cost: We typically run 2-3 workshops in a day, either covering a range of topics or to enable larger cohorts to spilt across the day. We charge £9,000 (ex. VAT) per day, plus travel costs, which will be agreed in advance. Where materials require adapting or changing for the audience, additional costs may be incurred.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Where is the course run?

Typically we will run the course on your own premises. However, if you do not have suitable facilities then we can arrange an alternative location. The cost of the facilities are then added to the price of the course

  • Are refreshments and/or lunch provided?

If the course is held at your businesses premises then we require the host organisation to arrange suitable refreshments throughout the day and to make arrangements for lunch. However, if the course is hosted off-site, we can arrange refreshments and lunch and we would add this to the course price.

  • What languages can the course be delivered in?

We currently only deliver courses in English. However, if there is a specific language you would like the course delivered in then please contact us so that we can discuss and decide if suitable language skills are available in the team.

  • How flexible is the content of the course?

If your business has specific content you would like to cover which is not in the current course description then contact us and we can discuss how to include this in the course. Bespoke training material however does typically incur a higher course cost.
