EV infrastructure investments need to be justified to stakeholders, funders, boards and partners. That means showing value - not just in carbon terms, but operationally and financially.

This workshop helps you build a compelling, evidence-based business case for EVI deployment. We’ll cover structure, key metrics, risk and uncertainty, and how to make your case resonate with decision-makers.

Whether you are selling or buying EVI, building a strong business case can be what makes the difference to your project. This session will walk you through the process and provide you with the key tools you need along the way.

Location: This workshop can be conducted either at your premises or at an off-site location. It is expected that the client will arrange the venue, along with food and refreshments for learners though out the day. However, this can be arranged on your behalf on request.

Attendees: These workshops are designed to run best with between 15 - 30 learners at a time.

Cost: We typically run 2-3 workshops in a day, either covering a range of topics or to enable larger cohorts to spilt across the day. We charge £9,000 (ex. VAT) per day, plus travel costs, which will be agreed in advance. Where materials require adapting or changing for the audience, additional costs may be incurred.
