The Mindful Reconnect is an 8 week self-paced course that introduces you to mindfulness as a tool to look after your mental and emotional wellbeing.
Caring for a child with additional support needs will feel like you're on a rollercoaster of emotions. Between caring for, supporting and advocating for your child you'll have the juggling act of all the other life responsibilities to manage.
That's why I designed this course especially for parent carers who are tired, stressed and want to feel more relaxed.
