This 2 or 3-session interactive mini-programme will enable your managers and leadership teams to:

Develop practical coaching tools, approaches and techniques

Understand how to implement and embed these in their leadership role

Develop a coaching culture within your setting

Coaching is a powerful approach to improve communication, ownership, effectiveness and motivation within education settings.

Our in-house training allows you to tailor content to your school or setting, with a focus on giving your leaders the confidence and skills to consistently implement their learning.

Our approach will help you meet the Professional Learning and Expertise standards in Ofsted's latest Inspection Framework, by implementing a staged programme of sessions where learning is practically implemented in day-to-day working, then reflected on in the following session. We find this helps build value and longevity into your investment, ensuring skills are embedded into practice.

From £550 for a 2 x 90-min live, online mini-programme for up to 10 people over 2 - 4 weeks.

From £750 for a 3 x 90-min live, online mini-programme for up to 10 people over 6+ weeks.

Each session will end with participants setting their own personal coaching actions based on their learning. These will then be discussed and reflected upon in the following session.

Instead, we use real scenarios to practice coaching skills within the group.

There is no homework and no assignments - just practical tools you can put into place straight away.
