On the first Saturday of each month, you’re invited to join us for a deeply nourishing singing session designed to leave you feeling joyful and restored. We play with rhythm, vocal meditation and sound bathing, and learn juicy close harmony arrangements across various genres including folk, soul, blues, funk and jazz.
These singing sessions are welcoming, inclusive, wellbeing-focused gatherings where people come together to sing, breathe, play and connect.
Each session is shaped so that we learn full arrangements, meaning you’ll leave having learnt a complete song to sing in harmony with others. There is also space for improvisation and circle singing, allowing the music to unfold naturally and giving you the freedom to explore and make it your own within a held, supportive space.
Rooted in ancient traditions, these sessions draw on the way humans have sung together for thousands of years for healing, ritual and connection. Singing slows the breath, calms the nervous system, lifts mood and fosters a powerful sense of belonging. These sessions are playful, grounding and holistic — a chance to connect, be challenged musically, and feel part of a warm, like-minded community.
Everything is taught by ear, and everyone is welcome.
