Description

Born at the Right Time’s 3-hours CPD certified Don't Call Me Mum:

Little Things That Make a Big Difference Working with Parents/Caregivers (SEND) is founded on the lived experience of families of children with complex needs. It is about the small changes to delivering services which enhances the work with and listening to a diverse population of parent/carergivers. It is for practitioners and SEN communities wanting to deliver a family-centred care as part of a supportive SEN culture.

In this course, you will be introduced to the reality of lived experience (thinking about one family’s story), communication, co-production and specific issues for professionals working with parents of children with SEND.

More advanced courses for practitioners can be found here.
