We’ve enhanced our Xero integration to give you more control over how invoices are created and synced. You can now choose how invoice due dates are calculated, enjoy more accurate data syncing, and access linked Xero invoices more easily from within Cademy.
What’s new
📅 Flexible invoice due date options
You can now choose how invoice due dates are set when syncing bookings and orders to Xero.
Options include:
- Earlier of invoice date + days OR course start (default) – Due on standard terms or when the course begins, whichever comes first
- Invoice date + days – Traditional payment terms (for example, Net 30)
- Days before course start – Due a set number of days before the course begins
- Days after course end – Due after the course has finished
This gives you greater flexibility to match your invoicing to your business model, whether you collect payment in advance or after delivery.
🧾 More accurate invoice data
Invoice details now reflect your Cademy records more closely.
- Billing addresses are synced to Xero
- Course timing information is included more accurately
- Line items are streamlined so invoices remain clear and easy to read
🔗 Faster access to Xero invoices
Invoices synced to Xero now display the Xero logo with a direct link, so you can open them in Xero in one click.
🔍 Easier to discover
The Xero integration is now visible to all educators in the Apps marketplace, making it easier to find and connect.
These improvements help keep your financial records aligned and reduce manual adjustments between systems.
