🔧 Smaller Fixes & Improvements

👌 Learners – Smarter Course Buttons: On the course dashboard, the main button now changes based on progress — Start Course, Continue Course, or View Course.

👌 Learners – Better Lesson Navigation: When learners complete or switch lessons, the page now scrolls automatically back to the top.

👌 Admins – Past Dates Visible: Past dates are now shown in the Dates tab of the course editor.

🐞 Guests added by a booker are now correctly created as contacts when “Require details for each participant” is off.

🐞 Application flow now shows the correct price offers and no longer blocks admin acceptance with occurrence-level pricing.

🐞 Filters now apply correctly in the Date List View on /courses.

🐞 Fixed a crash that occurred when converting dates to a block.

🐞 The Sort button no longer appears incorrectly on calendar views in the Courses page.
