You can now notify facilitators automatically when a learner fails a quiz. A new per-quiz setting lets admins choose whether facilitators should receive an email notification whenever a quiz attempt is unsuccessful.
This helps facilitators step in at the right time to support learners who may be struggling, without needing to manually check results or reports. The notification triggers on any failed attempt and does not change quiz attempts or grading behaviour
