🧑‍🎓 New Registration Sheet

🧑‍🎓 New Registration Sheet

Registrations now open in a dedicated Registration sheet in the Admin dashboard.

The Registration sheet gives you one place to review a registrant’s place on a course or course date, including registration details, contact information, attendance, lesson progress, certificate status, notes, and tasks.

This update is part of the wider move to Orders and Registrations, where Orders focus on the purchase and Registrations focus on the person registered onto a course or course date.

What’s changed

👤 Clearer Registration details

The top section of the Registration sheet shows key information about the registration.

This includes details such as:

  • Registration code
  • Source
  • Course
  • Course date
  • Status
  • Role
  • Registered date
  • Last updated date
  • Access expiry
  • Reference
  • Tags

This makes it easier to quickly understand who the Registration belongs to, which course or date it is linked to, and its current status.

🔗 Linked Order access

The Registration sheet includes a link back to the related Order.

Use View order when you need to review the purchase, payment, billing, or order-level details connected to the Registration.

This keeps the Registration focused on the registrant, while still making the related Order easy to access.

📋 Contact Info section

The Registration sheet includes a detailed Contact Info section.

This is where you can review and manage contact and form information connected to the Registration.

The section can include:

  • System fields
  • Contact details
  • Organisation details
  • Booking fields
  • Registration fields

This helps keep registration-related information visible from the Registration record.

✅ Attendance

Attendance now has its own section on the Registration sheet.

From here, you can see the attendance status for the Registration and mark the registrant as:

  • Attended
  • Absent

This makes attendance easier to manage directly from the Registration.

📚 Lesson Progress

The Registration sheet includes a Lesson Progress section.

This shows the registrant’s progress for online lesson content where applicable.

If the course has no online lesson content, this is shown clearly.

🎓 Certificate

Certificate information is shown in its own section.

From here, you can see whether a certificate has been issued for the Registration.

Where available, you can also use certificate actions such as:

  • Issue Certificate
  • Issue & Email

This keeps certificate management connected to the correct Registration.

📝 Notes

Registrations now include a clear Notes section.

Use this to add internal notes connected to the Registration.

✅ Tasks

The Registration sheet also includes a Tasks section.

This lets you create or review tasks linked to the Registration, so follow-ups and internal admin actions stay connected to the right registrant record.

Why this matters

The new Registration sheet makes it easier to manage one registrant’s place on a course or course date.

It gives admins a clearer place to review:

  • Registration status
  • Course and course date details
  • Contact and form information
  • Attendance
  • Lesson progress
  • Certificate status
  • Notes and tasks

This keeps registrant-level information organised separately from the Order record.
