You can now choose to hide courses that don’t have future dates from your course embeds. This helps keep embedded course lists focused on what learners can actually book.
What’s new
New embed option
A new setting is available when creating course embeds.
- Option: Hide courses unless they have future dates
- Available for Grid, Rows, and Dates List layouts
- Not shown for Calendar layout, as it already displays dated courses only
When enabled, courses without upcoming dates are automatically hidden from the embed.

Admin dashboard → Apps → Embeds
