You can now filter enrollments by Course Collection — making it easier to work with grouped courses across your admin, exports, and reporting workflows.
If you use collections to organise courses into programmes, categories, or internal groupings, this update gives you a much easier way to view and report on related enrollments.
What’s new
You can now:
- Filter enrollments by one or more Course Collections
- Use Course Collection as a filter in Reports
- Add Collection as a column in the Enrollments table
- Include collection data in exports
Collection names are shown clearly in the table and export, making it easier to work with grouped course data.
Why this matters
Previously, it was harder to isolate enrollments across a group of related courses unless you filtered course by course.
Now, if your courses are organised into collections, you can quickly view and report on all related enrollments in one place.
This is especially useful for:
- internal programme reporting
- grouped course analysis
- saved views and recurring exports
- filtering learner activity across related courses
