💳 Billing Details Now Required at Checkout

We’ve improved the billing section in checkout to ensure invoices are created correctly and without delays. When billing details are needed - such as for invoice or manual payments, or when organisation details are provided - the billing section now always appears during checkout.

Customers must complete their billing address and billing email before completing an enrolment, helping prevent issues with invoicing and accounting.

The billing email is automatically pre-filled where possible (using the organisation’s billing email or the customer’s email), and can still be edited if needed. Optional fields like PO number and VAT/Tax number remain available, with clearer guidance on when they should be used.
