Helping young people to create their future,Bee Fab Academy has come out of nearly 30 years’ experience in social care settings. this includes training, coaching and mentoring.Our Queen Bee, Jaqui Barnes-Monaghan, started off as a care assistant in the NHS, she then became a support worker and moved to manager, then senior manager within four years. She spent some time working with young people with barriers to employment within a local authority, discovering that encouraging and supporting young people into paid work was something she excelled at. Jaqui wants to use the knowledge and skills she has gained to train, Coach a mentor young people with barriers to employment, whether it’s disability, neurodiversity, criminal record, Didn’t cope at school, dropped out of school, care leaver or any other reason.
