Bective Mill B&B

The Bective Mill House lies in the heart of the Boyne Valley, right by the River Boyne which is home to many historical and archaeological sites that are all within easy reach for a visit. Enjoy a relaxing holiday at the house, a quaint home built in the late 17th century that still retains much of its original character with two large fireplaces, hardwood floors, and rustic furnishings. The original charm of this home remains, but with added modern amenities and conveniences to make for a comfortable stay. Just outside the inn, there is a stone mill dating back to the 17th century as well. This was built to replace an even older mill that had rested on this very same site since 1147. Enjoy a stroll throughout the property, where you will find organic gardens, beautiful landscaping with blooming flowers throughout the summer months, a lively fountain, and, of course, the rushing River Boyne.
