Holistic Health Coach & Yoga Teacher. As a young adult suffering from mental illness I was so disconnected from my body & the world, I attempted to end my life. I reconnected with myself through the practice of Yoga. It helped create an awareness of the noise in my mind & channel it in a way that nourished my body, helping to created a feeling of stability and balance in my mind and body. After 20 years working as a medical professional I realised treating illness means helping people that are already unwell and this was neglecting a huge opportunity to teach practices that protect us from health decline in the first place. What if I could educate people to create great health conditions for mind and body so that they feel balanced & well with illness less likely? I retrained as Trauma Informed Yoga Teacher & now help countless individuals with yoga, breathwork & in ceremony to create conditions that bring about full being health & emotional balance. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing somebody tune into their own needs & support themselves using the holistic tools they have learnt. I use the rhythms of nature in monthly ceremony & events outside in the wild beauty of nature to add emotional balancing and fulfillment to your life. Go beyond healthy. Go higher
