Formerly known as Askness Blog, Askness started out as a non profit mental health and well-being blog in 2018, instantly gaining popularity and international recognition from a growing social media following. The blog focussed on raising awareness about mental health, fundraising to support mental health charities, and providing a safe virtual hub for those seeking support and someone to listen to without judgement or pressure. With the growing demand of its readers and followers seeking more professional support to overcome life challenges, achieve their goals, support and those seeking change, Askness decided to branch out into coaching.
