19th April FREE WORKSHOP- MOVE, FLOW, DRAW: WORKSHOP WITH YOGA, ART AND SHAMANISM

Water was the first element that held us. Before we were born, we floated in it. It makes up more than 70% of who we are. And yet we spend so much of our lives resisting, forcing, pushing, fighting the current. This workshop is an invitation to remember how to flow.

Through shamanic journey, intuitive drawing while practicing yoga, we'll explore the wisdom of water: its ability to take shape without losing itself, to move around obstacles without force, to receive without judgement.

You'll leave your body on paper. You'll speak to water. You'll move through poses that mirror the river: strong, fluid, finding the way. And you'll draw the landscape of your own life.

No experience needed. No art skills required. Just bring yourself, an open mind, and something blue to wear.

Water teaches us that we don't have to fight what won't move. We just have to find the way around.
