Ama La Vita

My name is Tracey Tazzioli, and my biggest passion in life is food! More specifically, Italian food, and I set up Ama La Vita to share that passion with you. In 1992 when I moved to Italy, I began my journey and love affair with food. Over the years I have worked in some of Italy’s finest kitchens, Michelin and Traditional, learning my trade and refining my skills. Italy became my home and with that I carry on recipe that have been in the Tazzioli family for generations. Now I would like to share this with you in my Hoylake kitchen. We create pop up kitchens in my own home so come along to one, with your friends or just simply meet other likeminded people that love real authentic Italian food! We are also available to bring our cooking school to you creating that innovated Italian cookery lesson for you and your friends and family! I hope to see you soon,
