Alpha Plus is a private education group with a simple aim: we seek to give every child in our care the best possible start in life. Our Heads and Principals set the educational and operational priorities in their schools and we do not believe that “one size fits all” – we welcome the diversity which we have within the Group. However, all members of the Group share common values. We work hard to recruit and appoint outstanding leaders to run our schools, and we back this up by providing support and training to help our Heads and Principals perform to the best of their ability. We have a strong commitment to professional development throughout the company, arranging regular forums for our teachers and a much admired annual educational conference for all members of our senior leadership teams. All our Heads seek to build effective partnerships with parents and are committed to providing their students with the very highest quality of education provision.
