Adult Swim Lesson - Non-Swimmers, Beginners & Improvers

If you have a fear of water, unable to swim (beginner), needing to improve swim stroke technique or would like to learn to swim to receive all of the health benefits it gives you, we can help.

All of our lessons are tailored to you and we assure you receive the best instruction

We have proudly taught many people to swim over the years and will continue to do so as we know how important this life skill is in life.

We have single lesson and lesson packages for you to choose from.

Our single lesson lengths can be 30min, 45min, 60min or 120min and our packages contain 3, 5, or 10 lessons.

Adult Swim Lesson - Improve Swimming Stroke Technique

The swimming technique improvement lesson package is a 3 x 1 hour session technical touch-up and training program. This is aimed at swimmers whose technique needs refinement.

Adult Swim Lesson - Triathlon / Distance / Open Water Swimming Training

Triathlon and swim distance training sessions main purpose is to refine swim technique to maximize efficiency, improve aerobic and muscular fitness/endurance.

To prepare and learn pacing for distance swims.

Suitable for -swimmers able to swim at least 200m - advanced, triathletes, fitness swimmers.

Adult Swim Lesson- Emergency Learn To Swim

Emergency learn to swim, private 1-1 lessons are for those who need to learn to swim quickly. These are offered as single 2 hour sessions, ideal for swimmers or 5 x 2hr packages, ideal for non-swimmers.

A swimming crash course can help you learn the skills and build the confidence in water in a very short period of time.
