ADR Mediation & Training CIC was founded by our current CEO, Kim Logan, in 2013. With over a decade of experience in conflict management and mediation, Kim decided to channel her passion for improving community relationships into creating a Community Interest Company which would work with those in dispute to make communities safer. Kim’s vision was to empower individuals to deal with their own future conflicts and to improve lives by encouraging communication, so that disputants could gain a better understanding of each other. ADR works with neighbours and within communities to provide a safe, positive environment for conflict resolution. Our methods also achieve sustainable results within families and the workplace. Since its creation, ADR Mediation & Training CIC has grown its reputation and workforce to become one of the leading mediation services in the North of England. Our staff are supported by a team of volunteer mediators who are all trained to College of Mediators standard.
