Discover how AI can make life and work easier: from writing emails to creating presentations and organising your time. Learn how to use AI safely, ethically and confidently.
Weeks 5–6 – Microsoft 365 Essentials
Master the basics of Word, Outlook, and OneNote, and explore how Excel and other Microsoft tools can save time and improve organisation.
Week 7 – Digital Collaboration Tools for Projects
Learn how to use collborative tools to manage tasks, share ideas, and collaborate effectively with others online.
Week 8 – Menopause, Wellbeing & Reflection
Explore digital tools to support wellbeing and menopause awareness. Celebrate your digital achievements and plan your next steps for learning and career development.
