Liz Turner from Into Yoga and Nature is offering a package whereby you can access all the guidance and herbs that you need including how to rejuvenate after..

Engage with ayurveda this Spring, to pre-cleanse, cleanse & rejuvenate! The stages are as follows:

- complete a health questionnaire & return via email. I will review and prepare your step by step guidance (* please see N.B. below). 

- attend a 30 minute consultation either via zoom or in person.

- receive guidance and herbs (post/meet if local) for pre-cleanse & cleanse. 

- When ready, do 1 week of pre-cleansing, just simply start taking herbs before meals and make some small diet changes (e.g. cutting out/lowering caffeine, sugar, alcohol - or others as guided). Purchase all the ingredients ready for the actual cleanse. 

- 3-5 days (your choice) cleanse, by eating 2 simple recipes & plenty of vegetables for all meals, as well as taking herbs before meals and before bed. 

- ask for any guidance/feedback during this time.

- on finishing the cleanse, gradually add in more foods & take rejuvenating herbs. This stage is called the 'gladdening' part, where you start to nourish the body having lost excess waste and toxicity.

- the herbs and guidance will be tailor made to you. 

- This is a unique opportunity to address health at home through diet, taking herbs and gentle lifestyle. 

- price includes all guidance and herbs for the pre-cleanse, cleanse and starting the rejuvenation (total period of 2 weeks). After that any further consultation time or herbs will be charged separately. 

- if anything else is needed such as postage, tongue scraper, chyawanprash (herbal jam), herbal powdered tea etc, these will be charged separately. 

- Yoga as both exercise and mental/emotional health support is a very good support for this process. Your guidance may include a short yoga practice and you are welcome to join a class via Zoom/in person (cost separate).

* N.B. if I deem that you need something different than a cleanse, I will let you know and suggest a relevant step by step programme, which you have the option of taking up. I will advise if there is a change in cost, either less or more and you will have the option of a refund if you decide not to take this different course of action. 

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Will I feel hungry during the cleanse?

    You will be eating 3 meals a day but you may feel a little hungry because you are losing waste which was held in the body and because the diet is different to usual.

  • What are the recipes that I will be eating?

    Kitchari (mung beans/mung dal, rice & spices cooked together) and mung bean soup. Plus plenty of vegetables. 

  • What might I feel like during the cleanse?

    You may have mild cleansing symptoms such as headaches, nausea, heightened emotions. These should be manageable not severe. You can always contact me for guidance on this and an adjustment can be made so that everything is suited to you individual requirements. 

  • What is the difference between taking capsules or powder?

    Capsules are quicker and more convenient to take. And you won't have the taste of the herbs which can present a challenge. However it is beneficial to taste the herbs if you can. Using powder, you simply add hot water, making a small 'shot' of herbs. If you choose capsules, there is a possibility I will recommend powder for 1 of your formulas because it is most beneficial that way. Its an expensive formula but an adjustment may be made on price if you chose capsules, by reducing anything extra needed for example. 

  • Will I be able to work during the process?

    Yes you can but for just the 3 or 5 days of the cleanse, ideally have less commitments/pressure and some space for yourself. Don't plan to do anything strenuous/stressful.
