A chance to feel the connection with nature while going within as we practice yoga (1 hour) surrounded by forest. This will be a balanced practice suitable for those attending - strengthening, flexing, breathing, relaxing.
Then enjoy delicious ayurvedic food (provided) around the fire followed by stories/meditation - these can include your contributions/sharing but I will guide/initiate.
We will be under shelter & the event will go ahead unless weather is dangerous. Be equipped by bringing some layers, a blanket, hat and jacket.
If you have a yoga mat bring this (or let me know if you want to borrow one). Bring layers, hat, blanket, water bottle/flask tea, any offerings for stories.
