October is a very auspicious month in our annual calendar.
October symbolises, the gathering in of the harvest, transformation, and spiritual transition.

Releasing and letting go: the falling of Autumn leaves reflect the human need to release old habits, making space for renewal.

The Spiritual Veil: Around the world in many cultures and traditions October is the month when it is said the veil between the physical and spiritual realms thins, making it an ideal time for contemplation and honouring ancestors

Time of Balance: As the transition point where day and night approach equilibrium, October embodies the harmony between light and darkness

Edd and Harshini warmly invite you to a very special evening entitled the “Wizards Secret” a

unique opportunity to consciously explore your unconscious with the support of story and

sound. It’s the perfect opportunity for you to contemplate releasing and letting go anything

that no longer serves you and make space for the energy that can create a positive balance

in your life.

Harshani will be telling the story of the “Wizards Secret” a story of self-discovery and

connection with your inner soul accompanied by Edd on a selection of gongs including the

Dusk Gong and the Yin and Yang Gongs.

The Dusk Gong reflects the sunset and the dusk that follows.
The broad spectrum of sound it produces creates a rich powerful soundscape to accompany the journey of exploration of consciously exploring the unconscious, its subterranean tones encouraging deep relaxation enabling and aiding the journeying process.
The Yin and Yang Gongs subtle tones playing off each other vibrationally representing October, the transition of the warmth of Autumn to the colder Winter, celebrating the equilibrium of day and night or light and shade also the subtle adjustment of our male and female energies as we move into a new season.

Arrival for 4.45pm ~ where you will be warmly greeted by Harshani and Edd, with time to settle your mats inside the Yurt and simply ‘be’ in the healing energy, helping you arrive and land softly for the evening ahead.
5pm Opening of the Evening

Welcoming Circle, Setting Intentions, Invitation for Magic to Arise within the Unconscious mind. Mantra Chants to begin to draw us within.
Option to lie down or be seated through the Gong and Wizard's story journeying, so you can be comfortable to drop even deeper. You will be invited to stay present, to be able to be guided, rather than falling asleep. Although you may experience a drifting in and out of wakeful awareness from time to time, which is perfectly okay as your Unconscious will take you to where is the most resourceful place for you to go, to receive your wisdom.
This will be a blend of Gong and the Wizard's Secret journey story throughout.

Time at the end for self reflective time ~ to draw, write down and offer any group sharings that wish to flow during a Closing Circle.

What to bring: Your own Yoga mat, blankets, pillows, cushions for comfort of lying down in the yurt. Please bring a bottle of water with you too and a Notebook and pen for any journaling that may arise.
Seats are also available in the yurt if preferred.
Please wear clothing and footwear suitable for the evening weather and walking in the field.

Shoes/boots to be removed on entering the Yurt, so please wear warm socks too.

* Please note ~ Gong Sound healing creates powerful vibration within us, so it is unsuitable for any stage of pregnancy, or if you are fitted with a pace maker or defibulator, Or if epileptic or have sound induced seizures ~ we recommend Reiki healing instead.

Edwin Curbishley (Vichari) is a Sound Therapist; Reiki Practitioner and Transpersonal Psychologist, with an eclectic passion for all things musical and a deep curiosity into spirituality, shamanic journeying and energy flow.

Harshani Curbishley-Brown is a Sound Therapist, Reiki Master Teacher, Heart of Living Yoga Teacher and Havening/Hypnotherapist Healer. Her joy is in guiding others through their personal healing journeys, helping them open to their true potential in a very heart centred way.
