I have 15 years experience teaching 5-string banjo in person and online from my home in Brimscombe, Stroud (Gloucestershire)!

I love music, and love to find ways to help you grow as a musician too! Whether you want to play your favourite songs, be able to play in jams, improve your soloing or write songs...

As a guitarist, co-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, my band Faeland have been featured on BBC Radio 6, reached multiple Albums of the Year lists (e.g. Folk Radio UK, BBC Introducing) and had our song on feature film 23 Walks (Alison Steadman, Dave Johns).

I teach a wide range of styles, from beginner to improver and intermediate level banjo. I specialise in fingerstyle/bluegrass/folk banjo. I can get you started on clawhammer, but my specialism is fingerpicking!
