Launchpad Alumni

If you’ve completed Launchpad, we’d love to invite you to join us for a morning of brunch, conversation and connection with other clergy from across the Diocese of St Albans.

This is a chance to sit around the table with others who share the same hope to see young people encounter God and grow in faith. Together, we’ll make space to share stories, celebrate what’s going well, talk honestly about the things that feel difficult or a little stuck, and learn from and encourage one another.

We’ll share some of the wider feedback we’ve heard from Launchpad alumni across the diocese, along with some initial thoughts and ideas for ongoing support. We’ll also help facilitate the conversation, creating space to work through some of the opportunities and challenges you’re facing, and to hear how we as a diocese can best support you as youth ministry develops in your parish.
