A walk in the woods like you have never known!
Soul Shed wellness walks have become a popular contribution to Altons Walking Festival, and so we have decided to make them a regular thing. Feel free to share with friends you think might enjoy!
These interactive walks are for curious adults, and a gentle way to explore your creativity and to get to know yourself better.
Coming Up:
Late afternoon on Saturday 31st October we will have a Hallowe'en walk, exploring the habitats of the nocturnal ones in a wildlife sanctuary in Church Crookham. Join longtime friend of the Soul Shed, badger expert and wildlife photographer and enthusiast, Howard Moss.

Recent walks:
On Saturday 23rd August we shared a morning of creative writing in nature, exploring the a beautiful part of Alice Holt forest with our senses and imagination along for the ride. Nature asks only for our heart-centred presence to reveal her inspiration to us.

On the evening of Friday 11th September at sunset we turned bat detectorists in Church Crookham with guest walk leader Howard Moss.

Further details will be emailed direct to you the week before we meet.
These events are possible thanks to your donations, which cover our costs in putting on these walks and helps us develop these offerings.
Suggested basic donation is £10. This keeps the project sustainable.
A £20 donation will help us develop this community project further
.
I will also bring copies of my book, ‘Take it to the trees’ for sale at £5
