The Enneagram is a powerful map and mirror for coming to know yourself better. These nine archetypal patterns are strategies for understanding our world and acting in it. You will sometimes recognise these styles more easily in other people!
This is an opportunity to get to know these unconscious patterns at play in yourself in a supportive one to one setting. This can lead to you having more awareness and many more choices in your life.
The Soul Shed approach to exploring this powerful model is trauma-informed and invites you to explore using your gut and your heart, as well as your curious open mind.
This offering is for an initial session exploring your enneagram map report , which is included. The test I use is from Aephoria, and it will give you your tritype (your strategies for thinking, feeling and doing) as well as your instinctual variant, which is helpful information about where you tend to focus your attention.
Once you have your map, we will unpack the information together, and if you wish, go on to explore it over a series of sessions, using intuitive creative practices to find its meaning and wisdom for you in your life. I can offer a package of sessions besoke to your needs.

The Aephoria test offers you a full written report which will be our starting point within our sessions, the first of which will be an extended conversation about what you make of the information in the results since you are the best expert on yourself. The test and report are incuded in this offering.
After the debrief we will start exploring and meaning-making using the practices of SoulCollage® and Deep-Mapping.
SoulCollage® is a gently deep creative collaging process where you make your own collage cards and come to learn the wisdom they have to share with you.

People often find exploring their intuitive creativity relaxing and therapeutic, however it is not therapy, but rather a facilitated creative process. If you are experiencing mental distress or have been diagnosed with a mental health condition then this would not be a good choice of course for you, as it requires you to be self-supporting. If you are in therapy already and well-advanced in your treatment, then this could be a beneficial complementary process to support your well-being.
