Staff Teams Phone Training

Description

This training session is tailored to help staff at the Diocese of St Albans get familiar with the phone features in Microsoft Teams.

Participants will learn how to use Teams as a phone system, including making and receiving calls, setting up voicemail, call forwarding, and managing contacts.

The training will also cover advanced features like call transferring, setting up and joining audio conferences, and using Teams on mobile devices for calls.

By the end of the session, staff will be confident in using Microsoft Teams for all their telephony needs.
