" Yoga is falling in Love with yourself again and again"
Yoga is essentially a spiritual discipline, which focuses on bringing harmony between mind and body. It is an art and science of healthy living.
“Hatha” is the Yoga that brings balance between the sun and the moon in you.
In the modern lives, balance and alignment are missing, which causes life diseases like hypertension, diabetes, anxiety, insomnia, nervous system breakdown and the list goes on.
In this Hatha yoga class, we will practice Pranayama( breathing exercise) to prepare the body for the Asanas( postures).
We will make sure with the combination of differents techniques that you regain that essential alignment and put a positive step forward by learning the balancing, stretching and life style changes with an inner eye opening to understand yourself better and start flowing with your inner flow.
I will provide proper instructions and adjustment throughout the class. Correct alignment while practicing yoga allow you to get all the benefits of the postures.
Classes are suitable for all level.
